MHA-Invest SAS is a real estate agency with its principal office in Biarritz, where it is registered with the Chambre de Commerce in Bayonne. Its activities in France are insured by the leading French insurer, AXA.

Its objective is to provide a one-stop service for international real estate investment.  Overseeing the acquisition, advising, securing and supporting our clients in the purchase of their properties abroad – this is the MHA leitmotif.

To do this, MHA has a network of partners and advisers which it calls upon to advise its clients. This includes law firms specialising in real estate, notaries, accountants, specialist tax advisers, surveyors, engineers, architects, brokers, banks and financiers.  MHA is present in France, the United Kingdom, Portugal and Hong Kong, with close affiliates in Spain and Greece and intends to develop rapidly in other geographical sectors.

The MHA-Invest founders


Gregory HOF

Gregory obtained a Masters in EU – Latin American international trade which allowed him to develop an open-minded approach to the world. After returning to France, Grégory began his professional career with Crédit Agricole and CIC as a private client advisor.

Subsequently, he was the Commercial Director of Sales and Marketing for over thirteen years at  one of the largest real estate developers in the South West of France, Alday Immobilier.

Grégory is one of the two founding partners of MHA-Invest.



Nicholas PLUMMER

Nick qualified as a solicitor and worked for a leading law firm in the City of London. Subsequently, he worked at Banque Paribas in London and then as a director of Guinness Mahon, a merchant bank in London, where he managed a number of companies specialising in mortgage and finance. More recently, Nicholas has developed a number of real estate projects in France (notably in the French Alps) for which he set up various sale and leaseback structures.

Nick is one of the founding partners of MHA-Invest.

On issues relating to French law, Victor Ng is assisted by Laurent Eugene, who is registered with the firm as a foreign lawyer and is a member of the French bar having qualified as an Avocat in 2016. Laurent has wide experience in cross-border issues between France and Hong Kong and is fluent in French, English and Spanish, with some Japanese.
